1st Notice for the 24th Annual General Meeting

NOTICE is hereby given that the 24th Annual General Meeting (“AGM“) of the Catholic Lawyers Guild (Singapore) (“CLG“) will be held as follows:
Date: 22 May 2026
Time: 6:00PM
Venue: St Emma Room, Level 2, CANA The Catholic Centre, Level 2, 55 Waterloo St, Singapore 187954
1. All members of CLG are invited to attend.
2. Members who are present and wish to participate in the AGM will be registered on the day. For purposes of registration, members will be required to provide their (1) full name; and (2) CLG membership number.
3. In accordance with Article 9.9 of the Constitution, any member who wishes to place an item on the agenda of a General Meeting may do so provided he/she gives notice to the Secretary one (1) week before the Meeting is due to be held (i.e. 15 May 2026).
